tester school

you wanna be tester huh? well, read through this and you will officially be a tester

some requirements

• 1. join the discord server
• 2. have at least over 2000 rolls (dm me for proof)
• 3. not mean

there will be SOME exceptions depending on who you are or whatever

welcome to tester school! in order to be a real tester, you must read this THROUGHLY.

1. feedback

you MUST give cohesive feedback. things like "this sucks :/" and "this is useless" is not real feedback, it's just mindless negativity. instead, you should say something like "it sucks because:"
keyword, BECAUSE.
ive had many people say this and that and never even give a reason why. it doesn't help the game, it just makes me feel very very sad.

examples of bad feedback:

• this is useless
• this new thing is bad
• this sucks bruh

examples of GOOD feedback:

• this is useless because it doesnt help with anything or make anything worse
• this new thing is bad because its awkward to play
• this sucks, it doesnt feel like it fits with the game

don't be scared to type more. more is better. less is worse.

2. testing

test everything carefully. i dont care if it takes two hours, you just gotta do it. this is because i dont want any weird bugs in the actual release. no matter how specific. you gotta test everything and check everything like you work at airport security and you're worried someone is gonna have a bomb. in this case, the bomb is the bug. LOOK CAREFULLY.

i cant fathom how many bugs i missed in some versions of the game because i was too impatient to play the game for 3 minutes. again, LOOK CAREFULLY.

3. leaking

you will lose your tester status if you leak ANYTHING outside testers. leaking ANYTHING will leave you stranded with ropes tied around your feet connected to the rooftop and you dangling right below lava. we want to keep things a surprise for everyone else, so PLEASE keep things a surprise for everyone else.
